- What screening device do we use?

- You are now ready to enter the child's data into the device.
- Enter the first and last name of child in the Name/ID field
- Enter data accurately
- Enter child's birthdate using the MM/DD/YY format in DOB field
- Enter the Clinic Name into the Dr/Site field
- Press the HOME key
- You are now ready to take a photo.
- First, place the two dots on child's forehead without shining them in the child's eyes.
- Then, FOCUS - Make ONE DOT just above the eyebrow line.
- On the right side of the device, press and release the shutter button.
- Here is what the child sees: (0:11)
- FLASH
- The resulting photo:

- Try taking the photo again.
