- You are now ready to enter the child's data into the device.
- Enter the first and last name of child in the Name/ID field
- Enter data accurately
- Enter child's birthdate using the MM/DD/YY format in DOB field
- Enter the Clinic Name into the Dr/Site field
- Seat the Child
- Press the HOME key
- What Shows up on the Screen
- Here is what the child sees: (0:11)
- What Do I Do With the Aiming Dots?
- Then, FOCUS - Make ONE DOT
- Press and Release the Shutter Button.
- FLASH
- The resulting photo:
- The 4F's - Defined
- Aquisition Complete - Save? (Y/N)
- All the Child's Information Remains.

- When in doubt take another photo.

- You are done screening the child.
