You are now ready to enter the child's data into the device.
Enter the first and last name of child in the Name/ID field
Enter data accurately
Enter child's birthdate using the MM/DD/YY format in DOB field
Enter the Clinic Name into the Dr/Site field
Seat the Child
Press the HOME key

Then, FOCUS - Make ONE DOT
Press and Release the Shutter Button.
