You are now ready to take a photo.
Here is what the child sees: (0:11)
First, place the two dots on child's forehead without shining them in the child's eyes.
Then, FOCUS - Make ONE DOT just above the eyebrow line.
On the right side of the device, press and release the shutter button.

How to transmit images from the iScreen device to the Iowa KidSight office.
Where do I mail the Consent Forms and Screening Cover Sheet?
Use your Ethernet cable
Do NOT attempt to transmit through your PC!
Use your ROUTER instead!

Where do I plug the Ethernet cable in?
Ethernet jack
Plug the other end of the Ethernet cable into the iScreen device.
Press the SEND IMAGE button.
Searching for the Network . . .
When all images are transferred, the device will show "Transfer Successful."
What if a Network is NOT found or images don't transmit?
You must TURN THE DEVICE OFF when not in use.
